Please note, if you have any concerns, or wish to make a complaint, the following protocols must be followed:

Firstly, contact the appropriate school staff directly to allow for matters to be solved informally.
If a complaint remains unresolved, a stage 2 formal complaint must be set out in writing and sent to the Headteacher or Chair of the Local Governing Committee as appropriate. From here, a formal investigation will be underway. Once an investigation is complete you will be made aware of the outcomes and how the issue will be resolved.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may request that your complaint be heard by the complaints appeal panel.
