Pupils at St Teresa's Catholic Primary School, Darlington gathered for a thoughtful and prayerful Celebration of the Word led by Class 10, centred on the theme of self-belief.
The children shared a powerful message from the Gospel:
"Anything is possible for those who believe."
Through prayer, reflection and worship, pupils explored the importance of believing in themselves, recognising their God-given talents and approaching new challenges with confidence and determination.
As they begin their Year 6 journey, each child was invited to offer to God their hopes and aspirations for the year ahead. It was a meaningful opportunity for pupils to reflect on what they would like to achieve and how faith, perseverance and self-belief can help them reach their goals.
The celebration created a calm and reflective atmosphere, encouraging children to think positively about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead as they take on their final year of primary school.
